- Basic equipment
So that you can start your stay in a relaxed manner, we provide you with a small set of basic amenities for the first few days. These include toilet paper and soap. Other care products, such as shampoo, are available on request.
Dishwasher tabs are also available in the kitchen.
- Sodastream
In the holiday home we provide you with a soda stream so you can make sparkling water from still water.
You will achieve the best result with cold water from the tap. Cold water absorbs the carbon dioxide better.
Do not spray empty bottles.
Only spray water.
Do not spray water with syrup or other drinks.
Note on the SodaStream:
The associated CO₂ gas cylinders are the property of the company and may not be not at supermarkets or other points of sale. Empty cylinders will be refilled by us. If a cylinder is empty, a replacement cylinder is available.
1. Fill the sparkling water bottle exactly to the fill line with cold tap water.
2. Grip the bottle by the base.
3. Tilt the upper part of the bottle holder back as far as it will go.
4. Press the neck of the bottle into the bottle holder and screw the bottle all the way into the thread.
5. Slowly release the bottle holder. The bottle hangs freely and vertically in the sparkling water maker. If the bottle is not fully screwed in, it will overflow.
6 Press the bubbler button briefly and firmly several times until you hear a „Pfft“. Release the bubbler button after each press. If you prefer less sparkling water, reduce the number of jerks.
The emptier the carbon dioxide cylinder is, the more often you have to press the fizz button to produce the same fizz effect.
7. Wait approx. 3 seconds after bubbling before removing the bubbler bottle.
8. Tilt the bottle holder backwards. You will hear a clear, protracted hiss.
9. Hold the bottle holder tilted, grip the bottle by the base and unscrew the bottle.
Enjoy your freshly sparkling water!

- TV & Streaming
The televisions are equipped with Waipu.tv. This gives you access to numerous TV programmes. You can also use the installed apps with your own access to use popular streaming services such as Netflix, Prime Video and others.
Switch on & start
As a rule, Waipu.tv starts automatically as soon as you switch on the TV with the red power button on the remote control.
Please be patient: The start-up process may take a moment as the operating system boots up first
Should the start take longer:
- Please wait approx. 30-40 seconds
- Then press the main menu button (house symbol)
- If necessary, repeat the process again
Streaming from your own devices
You also have the option of transferring content from laptop, smartphone or tablet to the TV.
To do this, use the „TV input“ button on the remote control (provided your device is compatible).
- Washing, drying & ironing
If you would like to do your laundry while on holiday, you can of course use the corresponding facilities in the house.
The washing machine is located in the basement and can be used by you at any time.
One iron, an ironing board and a laundry rack are available in the entrance area on the ground floor.
- Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.
- Pets
Pets are not allowed in the holiday home.
- Parking
Free parking is available for our guests at the holiday accommodation. So you can start your stay with us relaxed and without looking for a parking space. The road is a private road and may be indicated in navigation devices with a warning, the road can be driven on. It is best to park your car(s) in front of the garage so that the road itself remains free.
