Regular check-in is possible between 16:00 and 20:00, check-out is until 10:00.

A later arrival is of course possible by prior arrangement. We are also happy to offer you contactless check-in.

We would be delighted if you could let us know at least three days before your arrival what time you expect to arrive so that we can prepare everything for you in the best possible way.

In Schwangau, registration of all guests is required by law. The guest tax is levied on this basis and you will receive your guest card, which offers numerous discounts and benefits in the region.

Please complete the pre-check-in form for all persons travelling with you. As soon as we have all the details, we will send you the guest card by email as soon as possible.

Visitor's tax / guest card (mandatory)

Prices per person and day:

  • Adults (aged 16 and over): 1,90 €
  • Children (6-15 years): 0,95 €
  • Infants (0-5 years): free of charge
  • Adults with disabilities (aged 16 and over): 0,95 €
  • Children with disabilities (6-15 years): free of charge
  • Accompanying person of a person with a disability (aged 16 and over): free of charge

You will receive a separate invoice for the tourist tax by email as soon as all data is complete.

Please note: The tourist tax must always be paid separately and is not charged via booking portals such as Booking.com.

  • Cleanliness and cleaning

Your holiday accommodation will be professionally and carefully cleaned before your arrival. However, if something does not meet your expectations, please let us know - we will take care of it immediately.
