  • getting there

On the day of arrival your room will be available from 14:00.

  • Departure

Your room will be available until 11:00 am on the day of departure

  • Allergy sufferers

Our bed linen is suitable for allergy sufferers. Please let reception know if you are dependent on certain foods.

  • Pharmacies and doctors

A selection of pharmacies and doctors as well as all emergency numbers can be found in the section "Doctors and Pharmacies". If you need a doctor, please contact reception.

  • Lift

For safety reasons, please do not use the lift in the event of a fire or thunderstorm.

  • Bathrobe

We are happy to provide you with a fluffy bathrobe for a fee of €5.

  • Breakfast

Breakfast times

Monday to Friday: 07.00 to 10.00

For our business travellers we offer an early breakfast from 06.30 am.

Saturday, Sundays and public holidays: 8.00 to 10.00 a.m.

  • Money and valuables

For insurance reasons, we ask that you do not leave any valuables, jewellery or money lying around in your room or vehicle. We accept no liability for lost valuables in your room. Please use the safe in your room or leave your valuables in the safe at reception.

  • Luggage service

If you arrive early or depart late, you can store your luggage safely with us.

Have you forgotten your toothbrush or other toiletries?

No problem. You'll find everything you need in the desk drawer.

  • Internet

All our rooms have internet access. Access is free of charge and freely available to our guests. Further information can be found under the heading "WiFI".

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel and we expressly ask you not to smoke in the rooms.

Otherwise we charge a cleaning fee of 90,- €.

The parking spaces next to and behind our house are available to you free of charge.

Your incoming mail will be placed in your room box at reception ready for collection. You can obtain stationery and stamps from reception. You can hand in your outgoing mail at reception.

You can receive radio via your television set.

Our restaurant, with German specialities, is open for you as follows.

Tuesday and Wednesday 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm

Sundays and public holidays 11.00 to 14.00 & 17.00 to 22.00

  • Reception

Our reception is open Monday to Saturday from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm.

On Sundays and public holidays we are there for you from 08.00 to 18.00.

If you wish to depart before 7.00 a.m., please pay your bill the day before

  • Room service

Various hot and cold drinks and a selection of dishes can be ordered to your room from 5.00 pm to 10.00 pm. 

  • Shoe shine service

A shoe shine machine is available in the foyer.

  • Conference

A detailed conference folder is available at reception.

We are also happy to advise you in detail. Please contact reception.

  • Taxi

The reception will be happy to take your pre-order.

  • Laundry service

We will wash your laundry for a fee of €1 per item of clothing.

  • Room cards
Please always take it with you, as our reception is only staffed until 8.00 pm. For security reasons, we would like to point out that you must inform us immediately if you lose your room card.
  • Additional laundry

We are happy to provide you with an additional pillow or duvet free of charge.
